I was hoping for a Blue Heron or two, but not today :(   Some times everywhere you look, a heron is either in the air, or at the water’s edge.  Because I came here today just to see them I think they all decided to stay in the trees! :)  Grabbed this shot while I was out.

This was taken down by the river.  I love the old stone Railroad trestle, and the way the water flows around it :)

Big Ditch Lake

I keep coming back to this spot to take photographs ever few months. I think every time I’m here, I see or feel something different. I love the way the snow-covered water changes the whole dynamics of this beautiful little lake.  Snow is such a great equalizer.
