I was hoping for a Blue Heron or two, but not today :(   Some times everywhere you look, a heron is either in the air, or at the water’s edge.  Because I came here today just to see them I think they all decided to stay in the trees! :)  Grabbed this shot while I was out.

My husband and I took a nice walk along the rail trail today.  As we were walking back, this is what was in front of me.  It was so beautiful.  The bird in the photo is a Blue Heron.  With my small lens, there was no hope at getting any closer, but I love this just as it is.
